Sign up on the mailing list to be notified of delivery dates in your area.  Pre-ordered salmon can be picked up once or twice a month during the winter.  Special meals and holidays are coming soon;  salmon makes a lovely hostess gift, and can travel with you or ship to friends and family who live out of town.  Just make sure to stock up on enough for yourself as well!
